Join us for this weekly yoga practice that will include physical postures, pranayama (breath exercises), and meditation. Physical postures practiced in these classes will increase flexibility, improve balance, strengthen the body, and improve cardiovascular health. In addition, yoga provides the benefits of decreasing stress, improving awareness and mindfulness, and relaxing the central nervous system through meditation, breathing exercises, and physical movement. These practices will be beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels. Practices can be modified by using a chair for anyone with limited mobility. Come and experience the many benefits that yoga can provide for the physical body, emotional well-being, and mental capacity!
